Trade (Non-Spatial)


Trade is a Specification of the Non-Spatial Property.

Trade is a kind of conversion where the resource is gained by being converted into by a Currency resource. This kind of conversion is always done by trading currency with another resource. Trade happens when spending a virtual (currency) resource to gain another virtual or abstract resource.

- If the resource is Currency, the resource is gained by selling other resources.
- If the resource is everything else, the resource is gained by buying it for Currency.

Trade (Conversion)


Tradeis a Specification of the Conversion Property.

When a Currency resource has the Trade specification, it can be converted into another resource, usually bought by a vendor. Trade is a special specification only belonging to Currency, as currency has unique patterns that exist in many games, and currency being spent to Buy other resources is a recurring pattern. Note that conversion only applies to buying resources, not items, when currency is used to buy items other than resources, it is implied in the Options property.

- If the resource is Currency, the resource can be spent to buy other resources.
- If the resource is everything else, the resource can be sold in order to gain Currency
