Ammo is an Archetype most often found in the FPS genre, but exists in a host of other genres as well. Ammo's main use is usually as ammunition requiring a weapon, or grenades or other effects for which the purpose is to induce a Negative Effect (damage) to Enemies. Ammo is gained by picking it up in the game world. The player can always only carry a Limited amount of Ammo. It always Produces a Diminishing, Negative Effect.

Ammo is always collected from a generator, but is never collected by units. The player can only store a limited amount at a given time. Ammo always produce a negative, diminishing effect.
